Our client is a high growth Technology Services company focused on driving technological change in the government space. Our client engages with the government to develop and deploy emerging technology solutions using a tailored Agile methodology.
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious ServiceNow Developer to join our team working with a Federal client.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work independently as a ServiceNow Developer and as a member of the project implementation/support/services team.
Analyze, evaluate, design and develop, customize ServiceNow based on customer requirements
Map and Gap customer requirements to product functionality.
Identify gaps, creatively design and code workarounds, product extensions, customizations as required to meet customer needs.
Work as a team member closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical lead and others to ensure implementations are completed on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of GRC functionality around Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Policy and Document Management, SOX, Third Party Management, Security, Thread and Vulnerability, Reporting, Platform, Cloud, Analytics etc.
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of development experience on a large scale platform requiring configuration and software development.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or demonstrated ability to learn quickly (training provided if needed). Familiarity with similar GRC solutions (RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc.) is acceptable.
Experience with front end Javascript technologies
Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication.
Strong team player with a great attitude.
Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go getter).
Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure.
Ability to work with US Federal agencies.
Active Secret clearance or ability to attain one.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 yr technical experience working with ServiceNow
Minimum 4 yrs of experience working with Javascript technologies.
3-4 yrs of experience building integrations between applications using REST API
Education Requirement:
4 year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Eng or related (highly preferred)
ServiceNow Certifications (preferred, but not required)
Javascript Certified (preferred, but not required).
