Duties
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient treatment, staff management, and administrative functions
- Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, medical billing, and financial reporting
- Supervise healthcare staff including Chiropractic Assistants, administrative support, and clinical team members to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with HIPAA and other health regulation policies
- Maintain accurate medical records and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ChiroTouch, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory adherence
- Implement and monitor clinic policies related to healthcare practice management, utilization management, and managed care protocols
- Coordinate with external agencies for accreditation standards and ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations
- Lead human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing team communication effectively
- Utilize patient management software to optimize patient scheduling, records management, and customer service experience
Experience
- Proven experience in Chiro office management; Experienced Clinician; Excellent Adjusting Skills; Outgoing; Self Motivated, with a focus on clinic operations
- Some knowledge of Chiro administrative support processes including Chiro billing, coding, and records management
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems such as ChiroTouch; some familiarity with electronic health records management is helpful, and willingness to learn
- Strong supervisory background managing teams within healthcare settings; excellent managerial communication skills will be helpful
- Demonstrated understanding of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards
- Some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks
