Service Advisor / Service Manager Help Build Something From the Ground Up.
603 Motorwerks is opening our third location, and we're looking for a Service Advisor or Service Manager who wants to help build a successful shop from day one.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing company, help establish the culture of a new location, and grow into larger leadership opportunities as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
- Build accurate estimates and explain repairs clearly
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Communicate between technicians and customers
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
- Help lead daily shop operations and support the team
- Assist in growing the business through excellent service and customer retention
Qualifications
- Automotive service advisor or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using shop management software
- Positive leadership attitude
