Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Care Manager
Location: Sonora, CA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Minimum Requirements
Active CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider
Previous Home Health and/or Care Management experience
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years of age
Current automobile insurance
Reliable personal vehicle for patient visits
Excellent communication, organizational, and care coordination skills
