What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll manufacture and oversee the production of high-quality precision parts — from small chuck work to components up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter. You’ll program CNC lathes using Mazatrol, identify tooling requirements, and maintain accurate inspection records while mentoring other machinists.

- 5+ years of CNC lathe experience (required)
- Strong Mazatrol programming experience (required)
- Leadership or mentoring experience (preferred)
- Mastercam experience (a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong math skills for tolerances and measurements
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges
- Ability to independently complete parts from setup through final inspection

- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes (Mazak)
- Lead and mentor a team of machinists

- Run short production jobs with frequent setups and tooling adjustments

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
