TheGlobal Alliance Director, GWS Enterprise, is a critical, global executive rolethat performs and delivers as a key value differentiator for the GWS Enterprisebusiness, with the primary intent of helping our global enterprise accountssucceed by creating the strategy to build the business and translating thisinto an executable plan.
Thisrole is directly accountable for actualizing a powerful and dynamic advantagefor our clients and the GWS Enterprise business as well as leading anddelivering a high performing team. Thisincludes leading everyday client excellence across our global account teamsfocusing on quality, efficiency, integration, and cost, with indirect oversightand influence over process enablers on accounts. This visible leader willeffectively balance between achieving the strategy, developing talent, financialsuccess, and operational efficiency.
This executive leadership role will be client facing and liaisesignificantly with C level decision makers within accounts and our executiveteam. They will lead the on-going strategic relationship, executiverelationships, product adoption across business lines, and measurable revenuegrowth on account. Talent excellence and performance are key features of thisleadership role. The ability to strategically select, develop and retain a highperforming team is a critical for the success of this role.
While the position is highly drivenby revenue growth, the ability to lead talent development and performance isequally critical. The Global Alliance Director will build and advance thevision of both short- and long-term goals while elevating the relationship andgrowing client investment.
The ideal candidate will haveenterprise commercial business and sales experience, extensive experiencenegotiating multi-million-dollar contracts, and success at the executive level.Experience with the deployment of enterprise strategies, skilled in matrixedand cross team networking, and client experience expertise are priorities.
A highly strategic mindset with an ability to build and operationalize thestrategy into a successful plan is a requirement of this role.
JobResponsibilities
P&L, Contract Management and Governance:
§ Accountable for full financial performance of global account.
§ Provides senior level leadership and oversight on account todeliver against the contract, managing scope interpretation as required.
§ Engages GWS executive involvement as needed to foster senior levelpartnership and leverages the broader GWS portfolio to introduce new scope& business pricing as part of delivering an integrated set of services.
§ Ability to negotiate and administer contract and possess solidunderstanding of contractual terms and implications.
Strategic Planning & Value Creation:
§ Acts as an expert in client’s business and strategy bypro-actively contributing to the improvement of the client’s business.
§ Supports growth of customer’s business through the development andexecution of an Account Business Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan
§ Influences the client’s planning and budgeting process to enhancevalue and optimize performance.
§ Represents the client’s best interests externally and internallyto GWS.
§ Accommodates, plans, integrates portfolio contraction &expansion into account operating model.
§ Ensures the successful management of scope expansion & renewalactivities, coordinating with Platform SMEs and Sales & Solutions team.
People Leadership
§ Skilled at identifying, enabling, and sustaining high performing talent.

Skills/Qualifications:
§ Extensive experience managing client accounts and employee groupsacross North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC with a working knowledge oflabor laws specific to countries and regions ($100M+)
§ Experience in large-scaletransformation and first-generation outsourcing is strongly preferred
§ Experience leading multiple service lines across multiple regionsand delivering on the value proposition of having a single globally integratedservice provider.
§ Exceptional collaboration skills, and ability to ensure productivecollaboration amongst regional and service line leaders on account.
§ Experience managing various contracts and commercial models, andsuccess delivering on savings commitments.
§ Identify, capture, and disseminate the sector C-suiteagenda & implications for client account!
§ Provideclient insight, including market sizing, geographic and sub-sector analysis todetermine target opportunities!
§ Monitorthe fiscal impact of the account growth including the margin profile of accountand overall client against the market.
§ Collaboratingsynergistically with leaders, ensure surveyed target plans are in place todrive measurable improvements, including consulting with Operational Excellenceto drive margin achievement.
§ Activelybuild successful network relationships with key constituencies andstakeholders, ensuring visibility and extensive engagement.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
§ Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) fromfour-year college or university, MBA preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Global Alliance Director position is $240,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Global Alliance Director position is $250,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
