With over 20 locations across the U.S. and overseas, we’re expanding our corporate team in Tustin, California, and looking for a professional, organized, and energetic Franchise Auditor & Trainer to join us.
Position Overview
The Franchise Auditor & Trainer ensures that all Chocolate Bash locations follow company standards, provides in-person and virtual training to new and existing franchisees, and maintains clear communication between the corporate office and franchise operators.
This is an on-site position at our corporate office, with travel within the United States for audits and training visits.
Compensation
- $23 per hour during training
- Monthly salary after completing the training period
- Commission for each franchise training completed
- All travel expenses covered for audit or training trips

Responsibilities
- Conduct audits to ensure franchise compliance with company standards
- Provide on-site and in-store training for new and existing franchisees
- Prepare audit and training reports and recommend improvements
- Communicate with franchise owners and teams to ensure operational success
Qualifications
- Experience in franchise operations, hospitality, or management preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Willingness to travel across the U.S.
