Location: Waco, Texas
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus bonus potential
Relocation Assistance: $5,000 to $10,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a growing ABA organization in Waco, Texas.
This clinic based position offers a manageable caseload, strong clinical support, excellent paid time off, and a consistent weekday schedule. Candidates do not need to currently live in Waco. Relocation assistance is available for qualified BCBAs moving from elsewhere in Texas or out of state.
Position Highlights
- $80,000 to $90,000 base salary

- One work from home day each week

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and analyze client progress
- Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Eligible for Texas behavior analyst licensure
- Experience providing ABA services to children and families
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision making skills
- Commitment to ethical, high quality, client centered care
