Our landscape maintenance technicians are full-time employees working year round, with schedules ranging from 30-45+ hours per week. December through February hours will be on the lower end.
As a mowing technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high-end residential and small commercial properties.
Your duties will include:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a professional appearance. We use walk behind mowers so walking 10 miles per day at a good pace isn't unusual.
- Operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- You may also pull weeds, trim bushes, clean up leaves, lay sod, or do other landscaping related tasks.
- Ensuring safe and proper use of all tools and machinery
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Performing basic maintenance and fueling of assigned equipment
Requirements:
- Must be extremely reliable showing up every workday
- Must have transportation to the branch location
- Must pass a driver's license screen
- Safeguard company assets from theft and misuse
- Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Work in outdoor environments, including in hot and variable weather conditions
- Able to work overtime or extended shifts if required by Operations Management
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day
- Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in company equipment, on job sites, or in branch facilities

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
