Warranty HVAC Service Technician

$25–$30/hour | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays as Needed
Cool Willy's is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Warranty HVAC Technician who takes pride in diagnosing issues the right way the first time and delivering top-tier customer service.
This is not an entry-level role—we need a true problem solver with strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the professionalism to represent our brand in customers' homes.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems under warranty
- Perform detailed system evaluations and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions with confidence
- Complete warranty work accurately and efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
- Document work performed and parts used in ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (electrical, airflow, system performance)
- Experience handling warranty-related service calls preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Occasional Saturdays based on business needs
