Duties
- Perform Oil Changes, Tire Rotations and Vehicle Inspections
- Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to improve handling and safety standards.
- Service vehicle electrical systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), ensuring all features operate correctly.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully for repairs, welding, and maintenance tasks across diverse vehicle models,
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a background in automotive repair.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, including diesel engine repair and transmission system repair.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with vehicle systems such as powertrain, suspension, and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, service estimating software, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
- Experience with wheel alignment procedures and vehicle transmission repairs is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical skills complemented by experience in welding and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
