As a Dunkin Crew’ you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional service to our customers at Atlantic City International Airport from greeting customers to preparing delicious food and beverages to meet Dunkin' standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Dunkin' Crew Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent guest service by greeting customers, addressing needs promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team, communicate respectfully, and follow direction and feedback.
- Maintain high standards by adhering to schedules, brand procedures, policies, food safety rules, and cash‑handling guidelines.
- Prepare products accurately and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Support company initiatives through proper training, execution of restaurant standards, and following loss‑prevention and receiving procedures.
