We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy treatments for geriatric patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy treatments in accordance with the plan of care
- Follow treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Manage your own schedule and patient visits
- Complete documentation within 24 hours
- Communicate effectively with supervising therapists and care team
- Focus on improving patient mobility, safety, and independence

Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the State of Texas
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and treatment techniques
- Experience working with geriatric patients
- Familiarity with care plans and documentation requirements
- Background in home health, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings preferred
