Trenchless Solutions LLC is a fast-growing pipe rehabilitation company looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — managing communications, scheduling jobs, processing payments, and keeping our records sharp. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage job booking and scheduling to ensure efficient field operations
- Provide attentive customer support and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process invoices and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience including inbound/outbound calls
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with scheduling software, CRM tools, and general computer systems
- Ability to quickly learn product and service knowledge to support customer inquiries
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns effectively
