Reflections Services LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial windows while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial clients
- Remove dirt, debris, water spots, and streaks from glass surfaces
- Use ladders, extension poles, squeegees, and other window cleaning equipment safely
- Perform screen cleaning, track cleaning, and related services when needed
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with pressure washing and exterior cleaning services when needed
Qualifications
- No experience required (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Preferred Skills
- Window cleaning experience
- Pressure washing experience

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
