- Number of Beds 80-100 daily
- Number of Staff 37 RNs (FT/PT/PRN)
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift (07-173) 2 CHARGE RNs, 1 resource RN, 2 MAs, 16-19 RNs taking patient assignments
- Patient Ratios 1:6- less if higher acuity patients
- Type of equipment Baxter IV pumps, ICU medical chemo adapters

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current BMT Oncology Hospital acute care experience
- BLS & ACLS
- ONS Certification
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

- Chemotherapy administration
- Central Line draws
