We are looking to add a Project Coordinator with proven experience and knowledge of the Heavy Civil Industry with a prominent skill set as a Construction Professional.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Send out requests for quotes to vendors - Be able to independently assess project documents to determine needs for products, subcontractors, etc.
· Local Permitting such ACHD, PWSA, DOMI, HOP, etc.
- File for permits based on the needs of individual projects in collaboration with project management
- Receive permitting & monitor for corrections/updates
· Document Control - Receive project material data submittals and distribute to internal and external recipients as required
- Track submittal progress from initial inception to approval
· Process RFIs - Assist project management in drafting & submitting requests for information. Track progress of RFIs and correct as needed
· LEED Forms - Working with project management and suppliers to certify sustainable building materials
· PA One Call - Occasionally place PA One Calls and monitor responses, updating project management staff as required
· NPDES Forms - Drafting and submitting required environmental compliance forms
· Project Kickoff and Closeout - Assist project management team in receiving new projects from estimating and developing "front end" documentation & coordination activities
· Communication - will be required to communicate daily with company field and office staff as well as clients and vendors from outside this organization
· Time Management - should be able to schedule and plan their own work independently, setting and meeting goals and deadlines
· Knowledge of construction management preferred
Computer Skills:
· MS Office Suite - Mandatory
· IOS and/or Android software – Mandatory
· Estimating Software
· Procore and various other construction management platforms

Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 Compensation based on experience & knowledge
