Buckley Powder Co. is seeking an experienced Welder/Machinist to join our self‑guided, team‑oriented Rebuild Shop. Our shop builds and rebuilds specialized equipment used throughout the mining industry, supporting all 28 Buckley Powder branch locations.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative shop environment. Experience is required; task‑specific training will be provided.
Machine custom parts on an CNC lathe
Operate a manual end mill
Produce accurate, high‑quality components for specialized equipment
Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum
Weld plate, structural shapes, and pipe
Produce strong, clean structural welds suitable for heavy‑duty applications
Prior welding and machining experience required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Willingness to learn through task‑specific training
