ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services is currently expanding our team by adding an additional Lead Carpenter to our Reconstruction Division. We are currently only accepting applicants with a minimum of 2 years of carpentry or relevant skilled/trade experience.

Responsibilities of the Lead Carpenter :
Performing and overseeing all aspects of the reconstruction process following remediation of Water, Fire, Smoke, and Mold to include the following:
- Drywall: hanging, taping, finishing, painting, color/stain matching.
- Carpentry: general framing, trim work, insulation.
- Board-Ups & Tarping
- Cabinets: repair, rebuild. hang.
- Minor exterior work: roof repair, siding, concrete forming.
- Bathroom & Kitchen: minor appliance installation, tile work
- Lead team members and provide direction to sub-contractors
- Show up on time in a neat and clean manner that best represents Crossroads
- Communicate with staff and customers in a professional manner
Qualifications of the Lead Carpenter :
- 3 years minimum: construction/carpentry experience
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
- Ability to participate in EMS on-call work rotation
