Dental Assistant – Private Family Dental Practice
Coalville Dental Care is looking for a dental assistant to join our small, privately owned dental practice in Coalville.
We are not a corporate dental office. We are a local, relationship-based practice where patients know our team, our team knows the patients, and we want someone who is interested in growing with us long term. The right person does not need to know everything on day one, but they do need to be dependable, kind, teachable, and willing to work hard.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a close team, build real relationships with patients, and learn high-quality dentistry in a supportive environment.
Pay: $18–22/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 3-day clinical workweek
Location: Coalville, Utah

Detail-oriented with sterilization, charting, and patient care
Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials for treatment
Take dental X-rays as trained and qualified
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
Support routine dental care, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, implants, and pediatric visits
Help keep the clinical area organized and running smoothly
Chart accurately in the dental software
Communicate clearly with the dentist, front office, and other team members

Experience
Preferred but not required:
Dental assisting experience
Eaglesoft experience
Dental X-ray experience
Sterilization and infection control knowledge
Experience with crowns, oral surgery, root canals, implants, or pediatric dentistry
