Position Summary
Treehouse Cultivation is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to oversee and maintain the accuracy of raw material and finished product inventories at our licensed cannabis processing facility. The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring inventory integrity, traceability compliance, and operational efficiency across our production departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Control & Traceability
- Perform daily physical inventory counts in both raw material and finished goods storage rooms.
- Reconcile physical counts with inventory software (e.g., Grow Flow, METRC).
- Track and record all inventory movements, including lotting of harvested material and conversions into final products.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with department leads and the Inventory Manager.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all inventory activity complies with state cannabis traceability requirements and internal SOPs.
- Assist with regular audits and prepare for inspections by regulatory bodies (WSLCB, DOH, etc.).
- Maintain organized and auditable inventory logs, labels, and batch records.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with Production, Packaging, and Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory updates.
- Alert relevant teams of low stock levels and help maintain par levels for key materials and packaging supplies.
- Participate in weekly inventory planning meetings and report inventory trends or concerns.
Systems & SOP Execution
- Operate and update Grow Flow or other inventory software tools in real-time.
- Ensure proper intake, lotting, storage, and movement of all plant material and ingredients in line with SOPs.
- Support the development and refinement of inventory-related procedures and training materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain (cannabis industry experience highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of cannabis compliance and traceability systems (Grow Flow or METRC a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, spreadsheets, and digital forms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities.
- Must be 21+ years old and able to pass state background check requirements.
Working Conditions
- This position operates primarily in a warehouse and production environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle cannabis plant material.
- Exposure to cool storage environments, packaging areas, and occasional outdoor loading activities.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
