This is a full-time W2 position offering a guaranteed weekly base pay of $750-$850, plus uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers inside a retail environment
- Educate shoppers on available telecommunication programs and savings opportunities
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist qualified customers with enrollment and account setup
- Build positive customer relationships
- Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a professional attitude

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week
- Weekend availability may be required
- Flexible retail scheduling based on store hours
