We are seeking an experienced HR coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Russian) and have homecare experience, including familiarity with HHA Exchange. This position plays a key role in supporting HR operations, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
- Conduct the full onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, pre-employment physicals, and Home Care Registry checks.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is accurately completed, signed, and dated prior to the employee’s start date.
- Maintain and manage HHA training and in-service schedules.
- Enter new hires into the Home Care Registry and HHA Exchange systems.
- Submit W-4 and IT-2104 tax forms to the Finance Department.
- Create and maintain paraprofessional personnel files, medical files, I-9 files, and CHRC files.
- Prepare employee ID badges.
- Provide daily reports on HHA recruitment activities.
- Assist with employment authorization follow-up and scheduling of disciplinary hearings.
- Obtaining missing documents, updating in-service and medical reports, and tracking annual evaluations.
- Complete employment verifications and job letter requests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Familiarity with HHAeXchange, DHS E-Verify and CHRC/Registry software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 year of HR home care experience must
- Bachelor's degree preferred
