Our client is seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst III to join its Information Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a software developer who enjoys building enterprise applications, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve critical operational systems.
You'll play a key role in designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing applications that help power one of the region's largest public transportation organizations.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise software applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop custom applications and enhance existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Build and maintain web applications using Microsoft's .NET technologies.
- Develop and support APIs and web services.
- Work closely with business leaders, end users, and IT teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
- Recommend technology improvements that increase efficiency and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

- Experience developing web-based applications and APIs.
- Strong SQL development experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
