Overview

Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport frozen goods safely and efficiently
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accuracy during picking, packing, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Perform order picking and packing with attention to detail to ensure accurate shipment processing
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks by inspecting inbound/outbound shipments and verifying documentation
- Conduct quality control checks on products to maintain high standards of safety and freshness
- Assist with warehouse distribution activities including loading trucks and organizing stock in designated freezer zones
- Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe cold storage environment
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred, especially within cold storage or freezer environments
- Hands-on experience operating equipment such as reach trucks, forklift trucks, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and stock management techniques
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
- Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and load/unload tasks in cold conditions
- Previous experience in quality control or warehouse supervision enhances your candidacy
