Banquet Waitstaff – Two-Day Special Event

Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $24.21 per hour

All Island Maintenance (AIM) is hiring 35+ professional and dependable banquet waitstaff for an upcoming large-scale corporate dinner event in Honolulu.
This is a great opportunity for experienced servers, hospitality professionals, or anyone looking to earn extra income while being part of an exciting, high-volume event.
Event Schedule
- Mandatory Training ($16.00/hr) Thursday August 6th 8:00am-4:00pm
- Friday, August 7th, 2020: 1:00 pm-10:00pm
- Saturday, August 8, 2026: 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Applicants who are available for both event days will receive priority consideration.
Responsibilities
- Set and prepare banquet tables and service areas
- Serve plated meals and beverages professionally
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Follow banquet service procedures and event instructions
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned
- Provide friendly, attentive service with the spirit of Aloha
- Work closely with team members to create an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience is preferred
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to carry banquet trays and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must arrive on time and remain for the entire scheduled shift
- Must have reliable transportation

- Black non-slip work shoes
- Black socks
- Professional grooming and appearance
