Positions Available:
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)
- Minimum age of 21 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clean, professional appearance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to run and perform physical duties in all weather conditions
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission (a plus)
- Clear and courteous communication skills in English
What You’ll Do:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely
- Handle all vehicles with care, following company driving and safety protocols
- Assist with doors, packages, and any needs to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a polished and attentive presence at all times
