Shelter Insurance – Travis Farran Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Producer to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced agency that takes pride in serving and supporting the El Dorado Springs community. Office Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Discuss insurance needs with prospective clients by phone, text, and in person.
- Recommend products and services that best fit each client's needs.
- Service existing accounts by:
- Making policy changes
- Accepting premium payments
- Assisting with claims
- Handling various agency-related tasks
- Engage in meaningful conversations that provide value to clients.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Participate in local community events and activities as a representative of the agency.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be willing to obtain:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Life & Health Insurance License
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
