Incumbent Employee – RISE Contract Transition to SSHINE
Job Summary
Thank you for your interest in continuing work on the RISE Follow on Contract with Vantage Analytical (VAL) as part of the SSHINE contract transition.
This posting is for current incumbent employees working on the RISE contract only. By submitting your application, you are expressing your interest in continuing employment during the contract transition.
Qualified incumbent employees will be considered for placement into the appropriate position on the SSHINE contract based on their current duties, qualifications, contract requirements, and the staffing needs of Vantage Analytical (VAL).
This posting is not tied to a specific position. Individual job titles and assignments will be determined as part of the transition process.
Essential Responsibilities

Continue performing current duties in support of the RISE contract during the transition period.

Submit a completed employment application and any requested documentation.

Participate in transition activities as required.

Meet the qualifications and requirements for the position to which you are assigned, if selected.

Successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings and onboarding requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be a current incumbent employee supporting the RISE contract.

Must be eligible to continue employment under the SSHINE contract.

Must possess the education, experience, certifications, security clearance (if applicable), and other qualifications required for the position to which they are assigned.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

This posting is intended solely for incumbent employees currently supporting the RISE contract. Placement into a specific SSHINE position will be determined through the transition process and is contingent upon contract requirements, individual qualifications, and successful completion of all employment requirements. All positions are contingent on meeting specific SSHINE task order requirements.
