Job description:
Job Overview: Perform a variety of physical and routine tasks to support production operations, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while accomplishing tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.
Sanders, Packagers, Assemblers, Coring, Gluing, Handling
Reports to: Plant Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
· Interpret and Understand Production Papers
· Accurately reading a Tape Measure to 1/16th inches.
· Following Production Guidelines and Specifications
· Operating and Maintaining Machinery and Production Equipment
· Assembling Products and Parts
· Maintaining a Clean Workstation and Shop Floor
· Following of All Safety Standards and Wearing Provided PPE when Needed
· Reporting any Product Issues to Supervisor or Lead
· Performing Other Tasks as Needed or Assigned by Supervisor or Lead
· Safely and Precisely use Electronic Hand Tools
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma/ GED Preferred
· 2 Years Manufacturing Experience Preferred- Will Train if Needed
· Strong Work Ethic and Organizational Skills
· Able to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment
· Able to Work on Foot for Extended Periods of Time
· Capable of Lifting 50 Pounds Unassisted
· Able to Perform Team Lift Functions over 100lb
· Work under variable temperatures
