We're looking for a detail-oriented, in-person team member to support marketing and customer experience operations across our 17-location Roto-Rooter franchise portfolio. This role is central to how our locations are perceived online and how efficiently new leads move through the pipeline. The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling reputation management, lead classification, and campaign execution — all while representing a consistent, professional brand voice across a large multi-location footprint.
This is a specialized position for someone who can own reputation management and lead flow with independence, while also executing marketing campaigns and other projects as assigned.
- Respond to Google Reviews across all locations promptly and professionally
- Maintain consistent brand voice while tailoring responses appropriately
- Classify leads received through Google Local Services Ads
- Ensure accurate, timely routing to minimize missed opportunities
- Coordinate content and creative for campaigns, ensuring consistency across the portfolio
- Track basic campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs) and report results
- Support additional marketing, administrative, and operational projects as needed
- Assist with direct mail campaigns, GBP posts, and other franchise marketing initiatives as they arise
- Reviews across all locations are responded to promptly and consistently, protecting and improving each location's online reputation
- Leads from Google Local Services are classified accurately and quickly, minimizing missed or misrouted opportunities
- Email campaigns go out on schedule, are well-executed, and support location-level promotions
- Leadership can hand off new projects with confidence that they'll be handled with the same care and follow-through as the core responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, customer experience, or reputation management
- Strong written communication skills — able to write clear, professional, on-brand responses quickly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple locations without things falling through the cracks
- Comfortable working with data/spreadsheets to track and report on activity
- Available for an in-person, on-site role
- Experience with ServiceTitan (lead tracking, dispositions, reporting)
- Experience with Google Business Profile / Google Local Services Ads
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
- Familiarity with the home services or franchise industry
