Shift Hours: 12PM - 8:30PM
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tow Motor Operator / Order Puller to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently forklifts, to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and materials handling will ensure smooth order fulfillment and distribution operations. Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load and unload shipments.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately using warehouse management systems and manual order picking techniques.
- Load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety standards in production and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic mechanical repairs or report issues promptly to maintenance teams.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring proper stacking and manual handling of heavy or bulky items.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by participating in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
Experience
- Prior experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures.
- Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling.
- Warehouse supervisor experience or similar leadership roles are a plus for those interested in advancement opportunities.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, load & unload operations, and materials handling.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for inventory management and order accuracy.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
