Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Pool Repair Technician/Supervisor to lead our pool maintenance and repair operations. As a supervisor, you will oversee day to day operations, including scheduling, management of technicians (including training , and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of service calls and projects.
- Diagnose/Oversee pool repairs/installations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Train team members on proper equipment handling, safety procedures, and best practices for pool maintenance.
Skills
- Experience as a service technician with CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and RAIL (Residential Appliance Installer License).
- Proficiency with various hand tools, power tools, and specialized service equipment.
- Solid understanding of pool maintenance procedures including cleaning, chemical balancing, and system inspections, including commercial pools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members.
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with customers.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
