Description:
The Newman University Theatre Department is looking a student worker to assist with building and technology needs for the Music and Theatre productions. Position to start Fall 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in the shop and build sets

Hang and focus lights
-
Run sound and production work for Music, Theatre, and campus events

Run errands as needed
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Must be a current Newman University student enrolled full-time (12 credit hours per semester)

Electrical and carpentry skills

Knowledge and experience with power tools

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Must work well with others in a team setting
Number of hours per week: approximately 15
Hours: Will vary during regular business hours, with some evenings and weekends required
Rate of Pay: $8.25 per hour
