Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to support a dedicated client account. This role will focus on managing outbound shipments to approximately 18 retail store locations for a newly onboarded client. Because both the stores and their management teams are new, accuracy, communication, and organization are critical to success in this position.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for growth into a leadership role.

Coordinate and manage daily shipments to 18 retail store locations

Inspect, stage, and prepare orders for shipment

Ensure all labeling is 100% accurate and compliant with client requirements

Measure pallets and verify shipment specifications

Communicate with logistics providers to:

Schedule pickups

Determine truck quantity requirements

Maintain detailed and accurate shipment records in internal systems and Excel

Troubleshoot shipping or labeling issues proactively

Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations

Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail, particularly with labeling and documentation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience overseeing or leading small teams (3–4 people) is a plus

Flexible schedule required between 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Standard shifts are 8 hours within this window

On shipping days, availability for the full operational window is required
