All-4-One HHS, Inc. is now hiring experienced PER DIEM LPN'S FOR SKILLED NURSING HOME VISITS - to join our fast growing CHAP Accredited agency - Per Diem Full-Time & Part-Time hours available. Must have minimum (6) six months of home health experience and be familiar with MCR regulations.
LPN's will manage Plan of Care to ensure skilled nursing services are met in accordance with frequency of weekly visits. *Full and Part Time hours available.
Candidates will have:
*Current LPN License in Virginia
*Current CPR
*Reliable Transportation
**Full-Time & Part-Time PAY IS Paid Per Diem By Visit + Mileage Reimbursement
