Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on residential or commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines.
- Ability to use cleaning detergents safely and effectively while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or residents about their needs.
- Experience in outdoor work environments is preferred for maintaining exterior spaces.
