Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action..
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying suspicious activities or behaviors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
