Warehouse Associate
Location: Boca Raton, Florida

About Us
Altelix designs and manufactures weatherproof electrical enclosures and accessories. Our operations are based in a clean, air-conditioned warehouse facility in Boca Raton. We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists
· Pick, organize, and supply materials, parts, and products for the production team based on workorders or pick lists
· Prepare shipments UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS
· Generate UPS and FedEx shipping labels and process shipments
· Load and unload shipping Containers
· Receive incoming shipments and process returns
· Enter shipments and return data into the computer system
· Perform Quality Control (QC) inspections on products received from vendors and insure the products meet quality standards and specifications
· Fix and maintain proper bin locations within the warehouse
· Organize and allocate incoming items to proper storage locations
· Put inventory items away accurately and efficiently
· Dispose of cardboard and remove trash to maintain cleanliness
· Assist with general warehouse and production activities
· Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years prior warehouse experience
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Self-motivated with a positive and upbeat attitude
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high accountability
· Strong attention to detail
· Fluent in reading and writing English
· Ability to operate a pallet jack
· Forklift experience is a major plus (not required)
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
· Ability to stand and work on feet for up to 8 hours per day
· Punctual and dependable
