Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dry cleaning operations, ensuring all garments are processed efficiently and meet quality standards
- Lead and motivate staff by providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
- Oversee the implementation of sanitation and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for employees and clients
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with industry regulations
- Coordinate with clients to address special requests or concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity and teamwork
Skills
- Extensive experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or industrial cleaning environments
- Proven supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership in a fast-paced setting
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
- Excellent managerial communication skills for effective staff supervision and client interactions
- Ability to oversee janitorial operations within hospitality or housekeeping contexts effectively

- Demonstrated capability in managing team supervision, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency
