WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:
The main service area is in Jacksonville, but we also cover jobs in St. Augustine (St. Johns), Fernandina Beach (Nassau County), Macclenny (Baker County), and Orange Park (Clay County).
The Residential HVAC Technician does it all, from troubleshooting and diagnostics to repairs and customer service. You'll be running service calls independently, treating customers and their homes respectfully as you assess and service their heating and air conditioning systems. You'll ask insightful questions, diagnose problems, clearly explain service options, and perform top-notch repairs and maintenance. Balancing quality with efficiency, you'll get our customers' equipment back in peak operating condition!

What You'll Need To Become Our Residential HVAC Technician:

EPA certification
-
5+ years of HVAC technician experience

Experience using hand tools and climbing/working on ladders

Ability to independently complete residential service calls, including diagnostics/troubleshooting, repairs/maintenance, and customer service

Ability to bring your own tools

Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and underneath homes
-
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 300 pounds

Flexibility to work in all kinds of environmental conditions with varying temperatures, humidity levels, exposure to insects/animals, etc.

Availability to work occasional on-call shifts

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, professional communication skills, and a commitment to safety
