Keystone is seeking a Civil Engineer with either an Associate or a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 5 years’ experience, an E.I.T. certificate is preferred. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and be able to work as a part of a fast-paced, multi-discipline team, have excellent communication and project management skills and be able to meet schedules.
Primary Duties:
- Complete engineering design of sites, utilities, stormwater management (SWPPP), and roads.
- Report writing and specifications.
- Computations regarding hydrology and hydraulics.
- Prepare engineering cost estimates.
- Project management and client contact.
- Presentations to clients and at public meetings.
- Construction review and administration.
Salary negotiable.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
