What You'll Do
You'll speak directly with business owners looking for capital to grow and operate their companies — qualifying their needs, building trust, presenting the right financing solution, overcoming objections, and moving the transaction through to funding. You'll manage multiple deals at once and work toward long-term client relationships, renewals, and referrals.
This is a high-volume, performance-driven sales role with a strong closing component.
Products You'll Sell
Merchant Cash Advances, Working Capital, Business Term Loans, Business Lines of Credit, SBA Financing, Equipment Financing, Revenue-Based Financing, and Refinancing/Consolidation.
More solutions mean more ways to get a deal funded instead of losing a client because one product doesn't fit.
No MCA Experience? No Problem.
We'll teach the right person the business — products, underwriting, bank statement analysis, lender guidelines, deal structuring, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
We can teach you finance. We can teach you the process. We can teach you how to close deals.
What we can't teach is hunger.
Previous experience in sales, cold calling, automotive, real estate, insurance, mortgages, recruiting, collections, or other competitive environments can translate extremely well.
Compensation — 100% Commission-Only

Our highest-producing reps are currently earning more than $50,000 per month in commissions. That's real top-of-the-board performance — not a guarantee of what every rep will earn. Who We're Looking For
You don't need a finance degree or MCA experience. You do need to be highly competitive, extremely money motivated, coachable, persistent, confident on the phone, comfortable asking for the sale, able to handle rejection, and disciplined with follow-up.
