What You'll Do
As our Commercial TI Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading all field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects from start to completion.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and project momentum.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule by proactively identifying and resolving field issues.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards through regular inspections and attention to detail.
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors throughout each project.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, RFIs, change orders, punch lists, and project documentation using Procore.
- Monitor project costs and assist with schedule management to help keep projects on budget.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, inspections, and permit requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong focus on Tenant Improvement projects.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, sequencing, and building codes.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project (or similar construction management software).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and contract administration.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to make sound decisions in the field.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
