Elyria Hyundai is looking for a Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to greatness. Located right on I-90 with over 50,000 drive-bys per day, the growth opportunity here is massive. We operate out of the finest, state-of-the-art Hyundai facility on the west side of Cleveland, backed by a stable, local, long-term ownership team that gives you the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Elevate: Train, motivate, and handle daily follow-ups with our sales staff to help them smash their goals.
- Drive New and Used Volume: Capitalize on our state-of-the-art technology to maximize monthly units and gross.
- Manage Tech: Utilize modern dealership software to streamline operations.
