Job Summary

Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Monitor and record vital signs regularly to track health status and report any concerns promptly.
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all medication activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, implementing memory care strategies to promote comfort and safety.
- Support residents with assisted living needs by helping with meal preparation, light cleaning, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Engage residents through social activities, behavioral management techniques, and group outings to foster community connection.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, social workers, and family members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Drive residents when necessary for appointments or outings in compliance with safety protocols and licensing requirements.
Experience
- Prior experience preferred but not required.
- We provide paid training including CPR/First Aid, Dementia Certification, Medication Pass.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
