INTEGRATED is a community-focused outreach and fundraising organization dedicated to helping nonprofit partners expand their impact throughout the Little Rock area. We are currently seeking a motivated Fundraising Sales Assistant to support our fundraising campaigns, engage with community members, and help drive support for meaningful charitable initiatives.
As a Fundraising Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in representing nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns. You'll connect with individuals, educate them about important causes, and assist them in becoming active supporters. Through hands-on training, you'll develop valuable skills in fundraising, sales, communication, and community engagement while building a rewarding career in purpose-driven outreach.
Responsibilities of the Fundraising Sales Assistant
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of fundraising events and community outreach campaigns.
- Engage with community members to share information about nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising initiatives.
- Support fundraising efforts by guiding potential donors through contribution opportunities and ongoing support programs.
- Build positive relationships with supporters through professional and meaningful conversations.
- Represent nonprofit partners with enthusiasm, integrity, and mission-focused messaging.
- Track supporter interactions and maintain accurate records of fundraising activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising goals and maximize community impact.
- Help create an engaging event environment that encourages participation and donor involvement.
Qualifications for the Fundraising Sales Assistant
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in fundraising, community outreach, sales, or nonprofit work.
- Positive attitude and ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Comfortable working in customer-facing and event-based environments.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event support is a plus but not required.
