What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems
- Perform service, maintenance, and system replacements
- Work on residential and light commercial equipment
- Service refrigeration equipment (ice machines, freezers, etc.)
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers (no gimmicks)
- Maintain truck inventory and keep equipment organized
- Represent the company with professionalism and pride
- Build long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC service experience (residential + light commercial)
- Refrigeration experience preferred
- Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Clean driving record
