LOCAL ROOFING COMPANY HIRING — PROJECT MANAGER
Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads is a small, established, family-oriented roofing company based in Chesapeake, VA since 2005. We have built our business on word-of-mouth referrals, quality workmanship, integrity, and taking care of our customers — and we're looking for the right person to join our team. We are certified to install a variety of roofing systems to include shingle, flat/membrane, metal, specialty/luxury shingles and tiles, slate and synthetic slate. We take pride in delivering a quality product that our customers can depend on.
For immediate hire: A full-time Project Manager to oversee and run residential and commercial re-roof installations throughout the Seven Cities of Hampton Roads and northeastern NC/OBX.
What you'll do:
- Oversee re-roof projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with homeowners, crews, suppliers, and the office
- Be on-site daily to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and to our standards
- Order and coordinate materials and deliveries
- Troubleshoot and handle issues that arise in the field
- Maintain professional communication with customers and crews
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of construction experience required
- Roofing experience preferred, but strong construction experience considered
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling throughout our service area
- Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way
Compensation and benefits:
$1,050–$1,600 per week (paid bi-weekly, commensurate with experience)

Full-time, W-2 position
Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
This is a hands-on field position. You will be in the field most days, with occasional office days when weather or scheduling prevents a job from being run.
