A.G.E Legacy Cleaning LLC is seeking reliable, professional 1099 Independent Contractor Cleaners to join our growing team serving Central Texas. Contractors will provide residential, Airbnb turnover, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning services while maintaining high-quality standards and excellent customer service.
This position offers flexible scheduling, the opportunity to accept cleaning assignments based on availability, and the ability to grow with a local cleaning company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleanings
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Provide excellent service and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with clients and the team
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Supply own cleaning equipment and reliable transportation
- Take before-and-after photos when required for quality assurance
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned jobs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be dependable and professional
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor
